General purpose information

Apply for a vacant position in the the student's council.

Students of BTU can apply for the positions within the department (Referat) until Sunday, May 4th, 2025. The electoral register is available both in the office of the Student Council and online for registration. Applications can only be submitted for one position within a department. The digital electoral register must be completed within the application period, signed by hand, and sent to praesidium@stupa-btu.de or office@stura-btu.de . Written applications must be submitted by Sunday, May 4th, 2025 at 3:00 PM.

The application must include:

  • First and last name of the student
  • Degree program of the student
  • Address of the student
  • Date of birth of the student
  • Phone number and/or email address of the student
  • Signature of the student
  • Certificate of enrollment to verify student status
  • Submission of additional documents (such as a CV) is desirable but not mandatory

The election will take place during a regular session of the Student Parliament. The exact election date will be announced in due time. All parliament members who are part of the parliament at the beginning of the session are eligible to vote. Objections to the electoral register can be raised during the determination of quorum at the parliamentary session. The result will be established during the session.
